Angrenzend an „Downtown Boise“ werden 334 Mieteinheiten mit Clubhaus in einem siebenstöckigen Gebäudekörper errichtet, vermietet und anschließend verkauft. Auf einem Straßenblock wird ein zweigeschossiges Beton-Parkhaus als Sockel und darauf werden 5 Etagen mit 334 Wohnungen im Holzbau errichtet. Das Gebäude wird über alle Clubhaus-Funktionen verfügen: Clubräume, Pool, Fitness Center, We-Work-Space (Mietbüros), Sportgerätelager, sowie das Vermietungsbüro. Aufgrund der Innenstadtlage ist darin ein Restaurant geplant.

Adjacent to „Downtown Boise“, 334 rental units with clubhouse will be constructed in a seven-story building structure, leased and then sold as a rental housing development. This will include a two-story concrete parking garage as a base and an additional 5 stories of 334 apartments constructed of wood. The building will also have all the clubhouse features: Club rooms, pool, fitness center, we-work space, sports equipment storage, and the leasing office. Due to its in-town location, a restaurant is also planned.
